SK8205-T8 uses advanced trench technology to provide excellent RDS(ON),low gate charge and operation with gate voltages as low as 2.5V. This device is suitable for use as a Battery protection or in other Switching application. 

Overcharge protection:When the lithium battery voltage exceeds the set threshold,SK8205-T8 will automatically cut off the charging circuit to prevent the battery from being damaged by overcharging.

 

Over-discharge protection:When the lithium battery voltage is lower than the set threshold,SK8205-T8 will automatically cut off the discharge circuit to prevent the battery from being damaged by over-discharge.
